Cieciera BTC Sp. z o.o. is a Polish company registered in Warsaw by brothers Karol and Konrad Cieciera in 2015. As founders and owners, we specialise in the design and installation of high-quality warehouse, industrial, and retail shelving systems from METALSISTEM.

Our journey
We started our journey in the racking industry back in 2014 when we first recognised the need for efficient warehouse space management during a visit to the METALSISTEM factory in Italy. It soon became clear that the right storage solutions are essential for the smooth running of many businesses. What began as a passion has since evolved into a professional enterprise, dedicated to providing innovative and reliable racking systems.

Hobbies and interests
Outside of work, my brother and I share a passion for travel, which we pursue on Harley-Davidson motorcycles and through sailing. These shared interests not only offer us relaxation and the opportunity to discover new places but also strengthen our bond and teach us how to manage space in varied environments. Exploring scenic routes and sailing on open waters inspire us to develop innovative solutions in our work. Our hobbies enhance our creativity and dedication to the business, leading to better customer service. These activities not only allow us to unwind and enjoy life but also fuel our drive for innovative thinking and creative problem-solving in our work. For instance, our love for motorcycling has taught us to focus on details and appreciate diversity, which translates into creating unique solutions for our clients.
